Providence is calling an Associate Project Manager 2
The Associate Project Manager (APM) performs a variety of project coordination activities or other duties that support the day-to-day operations of the Service Area. The APM works with customers, vendors, consultants and other IS staff in performing their duties. These responsibilities span the Providence Health System facilities throughout the region.
The APM may work with all types of applications and systems, including vendor-supplied, custom-developed, and web-enabled applications and systems.
The APM, like each IT employee, is expected to possess an understanding of the Providence Health and Services and Information Services goals and strategies. Each IS employee is expected to perform all duties in a manner that promotes team concepts and reflects the Providence Health & Services mission, philosophy, and core values of respect, compassion, justice, excellence, and stewardship.
An Associate Project Manager can advance through two defined levels of this job category. To advance, an employee must demonstrate increased education, skills, knowledge and abilities. In addition, a business need must exist for an incumbent to move to a higher level in the job category.

REQUIREMENTS
Education:The position requires a Bachelors degree or an Associates Degree plus 2 years experience, or 4 years experience in related activities.
Experience:1 year experience in a Healthcare organization preferred.
1 year experience on project teams as a project participant is required.
