We will consider an LPN or RN. This position will work on the Long-Term Care Unit to provide care to our residents, which may include planning, organizing, directing, prioritizing and evaluating nursing services as part of the Interdisciplinary Team. In collaboration with the Interdisciplinary Team, administers an individualized, comprehensive Plan of Care and helps achieve unit goals

This position is located at Providence Mother Joseph Care Center in Olympia, WA. This is an On-call Variable Shift opportunity.
REQUIREMENTS
Education:Must have graduated from an accredited nursing program
Licenses/Certifications:Must have a WA State active LPN or RN license, CPR card
Experience:Should have prior nursing experience, with preference for candidates with LTC experience.
