Title: Epic Report Analyst
Location: Alaska-Anchorage
Providence is calling a Reports Analyst to Epic Implementation in Anchorage, AK, Portland, OR, Renton, WA, or Torrance, CA

The Epic Report Analyst assists in the analysis, planning, design, creation, and maintenance of simple to complex reports/database projects.

In this position you will:
*
Develop and modify reporting and Epic system configurations that meet design requirements.
*
Provide complex qualitative and quantitative analysis on data and information collected as part of application requirement gathering. Ensures complete and accurate logical definition, analysis, and design of data.
*
Maintains related support tools, including database installation and testing programs and standards/procedures.
*
Prepares report management documentation to manage reports library, track project progress and reports problems in a timely fashion.
*
Maintains existing reports and analyzes/evaluates requirements for new modified reports/databases.
Required qualifications for this position include:
*
A minimum of a Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience is required.
* Will need to obtain certification in an Epic Clarity Data Model application within 3 months of training.
*
A minimum of 3 years industry related experience (healthcare, information services, or within applicable area) with a minimum 2 years information services experience required.
*
A minimum of 2 years report writing and data analysis experience or 3 years application analyst experience and a minimum of 1 year of report writing /developing experience is required
*
Previous experience with client/server and host based systems is required.
*
High-level SQL proficiency is required.
*
2 years development in Crystal reports is required.
*
Some Epic Reporting Analyst and Sr. Epic Reporting Analyst roles require advanced current clinical knowledge and expertise demonstrated by a current state license in one of the following areas: Nursing, Pharmacy

Preferred qualifications for this position include:
*
Clinical, Financial and/or Operational reporting experience is a plus.
*
Previous project management experience is strongly preferred.
*
Previous Epic experience is strongly preferred.
*
Crystal Reports is highly desired
