Title: Patient Services Coordinator (RN)
Location: Alaska-Anchorage
Providence is calling a Patient Services Coordinator-RN for Forest View at Providence Horizon House in Anchorage, AK.

In this position, you will:
* Perform care coordination and case management tasks for patients as needed.
* Act as a resource person for Patient Guides (PG’s) and assist’s them with their duties as needed.
* Assist and discuss with patients any areas of concern and assist patients with medications and treatments as stated in the service plan.
* Promote and routinely offer comfort and pain management measures.
* Coordinate staffing to meet patient needs on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications for this position include:
* Graduate of an accredited /approved School of Nursing required.
* Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Alaska at time of hire.
* Successful candidates will possess strong assessment skills.
* Orthopedics is preferred.
About Forest View Care Center
Forest View is state of the art and the first facility of its type in the State of Alaska, Forest View is specifically designed and staffed to meet the challenges of the ever increasing complexity of day surgery. Forest View receives patients that are not able to go directly home after day surgery and the average length of stay is one to two days. The Forest View team works closely with the Creekside Surgery Center Doctors and their teams to provide the best after surgery short term care available in the state. As a department of Horizon House Forest View is located on the third floor of the S-Tower.
