Title: Therapist - Marriage and Family (licensed)
Location: Alaska-Anchorage
Providence is calling a licensed marriage and family therapist for the Providence Behavioral Medicine Group (PBMG) at the OPA Building in Anchorage, AK.

In this position, you will:
* Provide psychotherapy for inpatient and outpatient, individual, group and/or family services to improve or maintain the social, emotional, functional, and physical health status of the client.
* Work in collaboration with client and/or family, physician, other staff and other community services to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate appropriate treatment.
* Perform intakes and assessments.
* Establishes a medical plan intended to assist the client to reach or maintain mutually acceptable goals.

Qualifications for this position include:
* Master's Degree in Marital and Family Therapy or related field.
* Current Alaska License in Marriage and Family Therapy.
* Two years experience in psychotherapy; systems training required.
* Experience with children in individual and group therapy preferred.
* Ability to work as a team player in behavioral medicine practice; ability to work within the scope of managed care/HMO or other third party payer contracts.
