Title: Clinical Integration Technical Program Director
Location: California-Burbank

Providence is calling a Clinical Integration Technical Program Director to Providence Saint Joseph Medical Center in Burbank, CA.
We are seeking a Clinical Integration Technical Program Director

In this position you will:
* Be accountable for the overall success of the Ca Region EMR provisioning strategy. This leader will partner with the CA Clinical Integration executive team to plan, design and implement provisioning of Electronic Health Records to affiliated providers.
* Support the system office program for the effectiveness of the Community Connect program and for the do no harm” to the Providence EMR mandate. The incumbent is a seasoned technology and/or business professional with broad experience in IT governance, change control, and service delivery (customer service). This position reports to the Regional Director of IS Operation, Providence Health and Services – California.
* Oversee all aspects of the Clinical Integration Technology program including regional CE executive engagement, program development, technical oversight and staff management. The candidate should have superior vendor and contract management.

Required qualifications for this position include:
* A minimum of a Bachelors degree in business, information systems, or related field plus 10 years experience in a similar role in a comparable or larger institution; or 15 years of experience in increasingly responsible, large, complex project management or IT roles in comparable or larger institutions.
* A minimum of seven (7) years of executive-level experience, with accountability for strategic planning, operations, financial management, and people management and development is required.
* Demonstrated, relevant experience leading enterprise-wide business and/or IT projects in large organizations. Experience in leading multiple, full life-cycle projects through integration with large teams is required.

Preferred qualifications for this position include:
* Masters degree is preferred.
* Experience in a healthcare organization is highly preferred.
