Title: Clinical Manager - Home Health
Location: Washington-Everett
Providence is calling a Home Health Clinical Manager to Providence Hospice and Home Care of Snohomish County in Everett, WA.

We are seeking a highly compassionate health care professional who loves to manage people and is passionate about home health services.

In this position you will:
* Serve as the manager of a clinical program and provide staff supervision and coordination for the care provided to patients and their families served in their home settings.
* Have responsibility for identifying ‘best practices’ for care.
* Network with community resources and consult with community health care providers serving patients with life limiting illness.
* Work with Clinical Director to develop of Nursing, MSW, Home Health Aide or Therapy programs.
Required qualifications for this position include:
* Degree in Nursing
* 5 or more years experience in management or supervisor
* 2 or more years of recent experience in home health setting
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
* Current professional licensure in Washington State
* Current Washington State driver’s license and access to insured, reliable vehicle
* Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
* Certified Oasis Specialist-Clinical certification
* Current Healthcare Provider CPR certification
