Title: Director of Rehabilitation Services
Location: Washington-Issaquah
Providence is calling a Director of Rehabilitation Services to Providence Marianwood in Issaquah, WA.
We are seeking a Rehab Services Director that will be responsible for overall program development and daily management of the facility Rehabilitation programs that serves subacute patients and long term care residents, and supervision of all therapy staff.

In this position you will:
* Act as an advocate for patients in maintaining choice, independence, privacy, dignity and security.
* Maintain budgets, staffing levels, RUG scores, therapy productivity and quality of services for the respective programs and affiliated program staff.
* Develop and lead the strategic objectives of the Department in collaboration with the Administrator, Providence Leadership and other department heads as appropriate.

Required qualifications for this position include:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy or Speech Therapy
* Current Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy or Speech Therapy licensure in Washington State
* Current CPR certification
* Valid driver's license in Washington state and access to daily use of an insured reliable vehicle or an alternate ability to travel to sites as required
* 3 or more years experience working in long term care or sub-acute rehabilitation
* 2 or more years supervisor and/or management experience in long term care or sub-acute rehabilitation

Our Long Term Care unit provides skilled nursing in a residential setting, addressing the needs of our residents through creating a sense of community and home in neighborhoods” and providing a model of care that is resident-centered.
