Title: Nurse Practitioner-Occupational Health
Location: Oregon-Medford

Providence is calling a part-time Nurse Practitioner-Occupational Health for a day shift position at Providence Medford Medical Center in Medford, OR.

In this position, you will:

* Provide a broad range of occupational health services for all customers utilizing the PMMC Occupational Health clinic.
* Foster and coordinate the development of quality, timely and appropriate medical services.
* Ensure that these services reflect and fulfill the requirements and standards of governmental agencies, contract agreements, and the mission and philosophy of the Providence Health System.

Qualifications for this position include:

* A Master of Science in Nursing - Family Nurse Practitioner Program.
* Nurse Practitioner licensed in the State of Oregon.
* B.L.S.-certified.
* Clinical Health experience preferred with special experience in urgent care and/or worker's compensation.
* A Federal DEA (Drug Enforcement Agency) number.
