Title: RN Practitioner - Spine Clinic
Location: Oregon-Medford
Providence is calling a full-time Nurse Practitioner- Spine Clinic for a day shift position at Providence Medford Medical Center in Medford, OR.

In this position, you will:

* Have advanced practice education and clinical competency necessary for the evaluation and treatment of patients in the Spine Clinic.
* Report to the Chief Operating Officer with his/her medical supervision through the Spine Clinic Medical Director.

Qualifications for this position include:

* Masters Degree in Nursing required.
* Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of Oregon.
* Current BLS.
* Current prescriptive privileges with the State of Oregon, including DEA certificate.
* Proof of completion of Continuing Education requirements for licensure within the previous 3 years.
* Current experience as a Nurse Practitioner in this specialty preferred.
* Prior experience as NP strongly preferred. NPs with less than 3 years experience who have a strong nursing background will be considered.
