Title: Clinical Social Worker Per Diem
Location: California-Mission Hills

Providence is calling a Weekend Per Diem Clinical Social Worker to Providence Holy Cross Medical Center in Mission Hills, CA.

We are seeking a Weekend Per Diem Clinical Social Worker to provide social services to our patients.

In this position you will:
* Plan, organize, and implement social work services for patients and families. Demonstrate proficiency in delivering care to assigned age specific patient population (e.g., infants, adolescents, adults, geriatrics, pediatrics).
* Participate in related continuing education.

Required qualifications for this position include:
* Minimum Education - Master´s Degree in Social Work (required within three months of hire)
* MOAB training required within 30 to 150 days of hire
* May make home visits (Some limited travel)

Preferred qualifications for this position include:
* Experience Minimum - 1 year clinical experience in a hospital setting Licenses Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
