This is a full time, benefited position eligible for a $5000 signing bonus! This position will be serving an acute care and rehabilitation population for both inpatient and outpatient. We are looking for an individual that has an interest in building an outpatient practice that poses a balance between the therapists abilities and the needs of the community. We foresee a program that would serve any of the following:pediatrics, upper extremity/hand therapy as well as neurological.
We also offer continuing education and scholarships for student loan repayment.


In this position you will:
* Provide initial patient evaluation in accordance to physician request in order to initiate appropriate treatment, which is reasonable in the terms of accepted practice and necessary to recovery of function
* Establish treatment goals and plan of care based on assessment and test results
* Provide therapy treatment to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability
* Provide education to patients and their families
* Utilize software systems for the maintenance of patient records and communication with team members
Required qualifications for this position include:
* Minimum Bachelor’s Degree and a Graduate of an accredited school of Occupational Therapy
* Current Occupational Therapy (OT) licensure in the state of Montana or eligible for licensure in the state of Montana
* Current CPR certification

Preferred qualifications for this position include:
* One year experience in a therapist capacity in a hospital, skilled nursing facility or other related medical field
