Title: Physical Therapist
Location: Oregon-Mount Angel
Providence is calling a full-time Physical Therapist for a day shift position at Providence Benedictine Nursing Center, Mt. Angel, OR.

In this position, you will:
* Manage and provide skilled physical therapy to patients/clients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities.
* Take into account individual patient’s special physical or age-related needs.
* Evaluate, treat, and professionally consult to achieve maximum patient/client independence in accordance with the individual’s functional level and potential.
Qualifications for this position include:
* Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctorate Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program, required.
* Current Physical Therapy licensure through the State of Oregon, required.
* Valid driver´s license, automobile liability insurance, and reliable transportation required.
* Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider Certification or ability to obtain in 30 days.
* In-depth and up-to-date knowledge of physical therapy, theory and practice, and the legal and ethical issues associated with both, required.
* One-year clinical experience in a healthcare setting, preferably home health, or active enrollment in the Providence Benedictine postgraduate preceptor program, required.
