Title: Data Quality Analyst
Location: Oregon-Portland
Providence is calling a full-time IT Healthcare Intelligence- Data Quality Analyst for a day shift position at Providence Office Park in Portland, OR.

In this position you will:
* will architect repeatable processes and lead the deployment of those processes to ensure the overall accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data that is contained within the enterprise data warehouse and related business intelligence assets in support of the Healthcare Intelligence strategy.

* support the creation, growth and optimization of a data warehousing and analytic platform to serve a variety of operational and analytical uses that maximizes user self-service and exploration of data. This includes significant manual and automated testing to ensure the highest quality data are available to clinical and business users.

Environment includes data and technology spanning ETL and messaging services, database management systems (Oracle, SQL Server, Cache or others), master data management, data quality management, dimensional models/marts/cubes using various information delivery methods (standard, OLAP, scorecard, interactive using SAP BO, MS BI Reporting Services and Builder, Tableau), and SharePoint for web delivery.

Qualifications for this position include:
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in lieu of degree

* Minimum of five (5) years of general experience in healthcare and progressive experience in data management and quality assurance in a data warehousing environment are required.
* Demonstrates understanding of business processes in Health Care or applicable related field.
* Experience in a medium to large organization Business Intelligence initiatives with multiple technology implementations occurring concurrently preferred.
* Direct experience designing and deploying data quality and testing processes based upon business requirements and direct interaction with stakeholders for a data warehouse and/or business intelligence initiative are required.

Preferred experience:
* Experience playing a lead or architect role over the data quality or quality assurance functions for a data warehouse or transaction processing system.

* Formal QA/QC certification in an accredited QA/QC methodology.
* Experience providing technical and/or work process guidance and direction to team members preferred.
* Experience working in a matrix environment and/or in multi-site business location desired.
