Title: Manager- Clinical Pharmacy
Location: Oregon-Portland
Providence is calling a full-time Manager-Clinical Pharmacy for a day shift position at Providence Office Park in Portland, OR.

In this position, you will:

* Be responsible for planning, coordinating and managing clinical operations within the PMG Department of Clinical Pharmacy.
* Be responsible for the oversight and supervision of daily activities of centralized and decentralized clinical pharmacist programs to assure provision of high quality pharmacy services to patients and clinics throughout the Providence Medical Group under the highest professional standards.

Qualifications for this position include:

* Graduate from an accredited college of pharmacy with a Doctor of Pharmacy degree.
* Board certification or Board eligible.
* Current valid Oregon pharmacy license or license eligible.
* Specialty fellowship or residency in Primary Care or equivalent training.
* A minimum of five years experience as a primary care or ambulatory care clinical pharmacist involving direct, collaborative patient care is required; demonstration of supervisory and administrative ability shown during that period strongly preferred.
