Title: Manager, Pharmacy Ops
Location: Oregon-Portland
Providence is calling a full-time Manager-Pharmacy Operations for a day shift position at Providence Home Services Building in Portland, OR. In this position you will:
* Coordinate the daily operational activities of the pharmacy to provide for a well organized and efficient department.
* Provide leadership for the Infusion, Long Term Care and Specialty Pharmacies
* Manage production work flow, revenue cycle, supply chain, equipment systems, information systems, Access Services, and Purchasing, vendor and payer contracts, and logistics.
* Ensure that the regulatory requirements of these areas are met. Responsibilities also include marketing and strategic planning duties.

Qualifications for this position include:

* Bachelor degree in business or related field. Masters of Business Administration strongly preferred
* Three years management experience in health care setting
* Three years experience with development and management of budgets
* Three years experience with contracts management and provider based billing
* Three years experience overseeing financial transactions
* Vendor contract negotiation preferred
* Integrated health care delivery system experience preferred
