Title: Pharmacy Clinical Manager
Location: Oregon-Portland

Providence is calling a full-time Pharmacy Clinical Manager for a day shift position at Providence Home Services Building in Portland, OR.

In this position, you will:

* Provide clinical leadership for the Home Services Infusion, Long Term Care, and Specialty Pharmacies.
* Manage the clinical practice model and provides leadership at the departmental and regional levels with a focus on quality, medication safety, and work force development. T
* Coordinate the daily clinical activities of the pharmacy to provide for a well organized and efficient department.
* Ensure that the regulatory requirements of all pharmacies meet Providence Standards and Federal and State requirements.

The requirements for this position include:

* PharmD or Masters of Science in Pharmacy with residency
* Post Graduate Year One Residency Training and Board Certification
* American Society of Health Systems Pharmacists qualifications for residency preceptors.
* Valid driver’s license and Auto insurance.
* Five years pharmacy management experience
* Experience in an integrated health care delivery system preferred.
* In compliance with the Providence Health & Services-OR Human Resources policy #302 Background Checks”, a criminal background check is required for this position, based on assigned duties.
