Title: RN-Program Manager, Surgery Value Analysis
Location: Oregon-Portland

Providence is calling a full-time RN Manager for Surgery Value Analysis Program at Providence Regional Materials Management Service Center Warehouse in Portland , OR.

In this position, you will:
* Provide clinical leadership across the Oregon Region focused on facilitating coordination of clinical best practices with supply chain management and contract implementation as it specifically relates to Surgery and related areas.
* Work within a defined organizational structure to identify cost saving opportunities related to improved product, service and process standardization and utilization.
* Develop reports and conduct analysis to identify opportunities and implement recommendations.
* Organize, implement and maintain the infrastructure for a Region approach to Surgery Value Analysis.
* Have direct interaction with clinicians, executive leadership, hospital and department directors, physicians and vendors in matters related to the clinical acceptability, cost, utilization and implementation of surgical products and other related supplies.
* Develop usage and/or savings reports and engage clinicians and practitioners in utilization reviews and standardization activities.
* Represent PH&S-OR in professional organizations and activities.
* Perform all duties in a manner which promotes a team concept and reflects Providence Health and Service’s mission and philosophy.

Qualifications for this position include:
* Bachelors of Science Degree in Nursing.
* Change Acceleration Process & Workout, and/or LEAN certified; or must be certified within 1 year of hire.
* Relevant certification or continuing education from a professional, national organization preferred.
* 5 years of current Surgery Department experience or 5 years of current Cardiovascular OR experience.
* Experience in facilitating or participating in Surgery specific value analysis activities.
