Location: Oregon-Portland
Providence is calling a full-time Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist for a day shift position at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center in Portland, OR. 

In this position, you will:

* Independently and within the scope of licensure performs assessments, plans, evaluates, and implements individual, family, and/or group treatment interventions for assigned patients in the Partial Hospitalization, Intensive Outpatient, and Outpatient Behavioral Health programs; including seven days per week where applicable.
* Perform both direct patient care activities and non direct patient care activities which are necessary in order to effectively involve patients, families, and other patient support systems in Program Services, assist in formulating and meeting treatment goals, and facilitating discharge plans.
* Perform all aspect of patient case management including coordination of care with internal and external treatment resources and continuity of care planning.

Required qualifications for this position include:
* Masters degree or PhD in a mental health related field.
* Licensed as an independent mental health professional or licensure eligible and actively engaged in an Oregon State Board of Licensing approved plan of supervision to achieve licensure is required.
* Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Clinical Psychologist or PhD or LCSW license eligible preferred.
* Two years experience in an outpatient mental health setting or a treatment setting which involved working with severely psychiatrically compromised patients is required.
* Five years of total experience, with experience in an inpatient setting, is preferred.
* Employees based at PPMC must also possess a Current Drivers license with a driving record which meets the standards of the Portland Service Area GOP 330.00 Safe Driving policy.
All Drivers must be at least 21 years of age.

Providence is calling an on-call Group Therapist for a day shift position at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center in Portland, OR. 

In this position, you will:

* Provide group psychotherapy consistent with the philosophy and treatment approach to patients receiving treatment services in PHS Outpatient Behavioral Health Programs.
* Follow all departmental guidelines and expectations for documentation of the group therapy intervention for the patient record, and for billing the service and submit it in a complete and timely manner.

Required qualifications for this position include:
* Master's or PhD in a Behavioral Health field with licensure appropriate to education as a Clinical Psychologist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor, or Marriage and Family Therapist OR currently actively registered with the appropriate licensure board to complete licensure.
