In this position, you will:

* Under the direction of the Home Health Clinical Supervisor and on order of the physician, is accountable for direct and indirect quality care for patients of all ages, according to the individualized needs of the patient, following the nursing process and in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act. Professional development is an integral part of this nursing practice.
* Coordinate patient care activities with other members of the health care team in a collegial relationship.
Required qualifications for this position include:
* Current Oregon RN license.
* Current CPR certification. 
* A valid driver’s license, automobile liability insurance and reliable transportation.
One to two years medical/surgical experience in an acute care setting. 
* In compliance with the Providence Health &amp; Services-OR, criminal background check is required for this position, based on assigned duties.


Preferred qualifications for this position include:
* Recent Home Health experience.

Location: Oregon-Portland

Providence is calling a full-time  Associate Nurse Manager for an evening position in the Operating Room at Providence Portland Medical Center in Portland , OR. (Typical hours 1300-2130, flexible).

In this position, you will:
* Be accountable for the provision and quality of nursing services at the facility - department level for a defined department(s), in support of Providence Health and Services System and Regional goals.
* Strategically ensure a balance of optimal and efficient patient care; staff, patient, and physician satisfaction; and cooperative partnerships with other organizational departments and professional groups.
* Focus on patient-centeredness and staff and patient safety
* Create and maintain standards and systems for care delivery for the department(s).




Qualifications for this position include:
* BSN; MSN or Master´s in related field preferred.
* Current Oregon RN License.
* National Certification from Professional Organization in relevant field of clinical expertise strongly recommended.
* Six years in nursing with experience in progressive leadership roles.
* Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers
