* Source and recruit qualified candidates for assigned nursing specialties to fill current and future workforce needs.
* Work collaboratively, both internally and externally, to establish successful partnerships in accomplishing the goals of the organization toward nurse recruitment, employment and retention.
* Be responsible for managing cost-efficient and most-effective sourcing avenues, recruiting mechanisms, screening options, interview techniques, and employment process improvement.
* Act as a consultant to nursing leaders, hiring managers, HR Consultants, and Employment Specialists in order to direct efforts to obtain the best-qualified applicants and/or transfer candidate at the lowest cost per hire.
* Recommend and develop new employment programs to enhance the existing structure of employment with a focus on sourcing, recruiting, hiring, and networking of viable candidates.


Required qualifications for this position include:
* Graduate of accredited school of nursing.
* Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
* Oregon RN licensure.
* A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
* Demonstrated expertise in application of the nursing process in decision-making.
* 3 years nursing experience at a management level.
* Experience with the recruitment and selection process.
* Demonstrated organizational and presentation skills and a strong passion for the field of nursing.

* Master's degree.
* Specialty Clinical Certification, PHR/SPHR certification, NAHCR certification and experience with collective bargaining agreements.
