Title: Human Resources Information System (HRIS) Consultant
Location: Washington-Renton
Providence is calling a Human Resources Information System Consultant to Providence Strategic and Management Services in Renton, WA.

We are seeking a highly experienced HRIS analyst to actively consult and collaborate with human resources (HR) leadership, managers, peers, and other internal customers to proactively seek innovative solutions to HR related issues where technology can be leveraged to the advantage of our customers and organization. This position provides technical and analytical support to the Providence Health & Services Human Resources department for information system needs.

In this position you will:
* Identify, design, and conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of human resources and related data.
* Develop, implement, manage, and monitor of Human Resource information systems, applications, and databases, including those related to compensation, benefits, event management, and data processing and routing.
* Actively participate in creating audit plans and tools, testing of system upgrades and new configurations.
* Analyze data and provide guidance to HR leadership in making employee related decisions.
Required qualifications for this position include:
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field
* Minimum of three years experience in an HRIS Analyst or higher role, including complex table design and set-up
* Microsoft Excel and Access experience, including development of new databases and use of Access to perform data audits and validation

Preferred qualifications for this position include:
* Previous Lawson HRIS experience
* Project management and consultation experience
* Crystal Reports, SharePoint site setup and maintenance, and experience participating in HRIS system implementations or upgrades
