Title: Lean Leader
Location: Washington-Renton
Providence is calling a Lead Leader to Providence Strategic and Management Services located in Everett or Renton.

We are seeking an individual to lead process improvement using Operational Excellence (OE) based tools and methodologies to identify and implement breakthrough strategies across institutional and functional boundaries.

In this position you will:
* Serve as change facilitator, internal consultant, tool mentor, and drive Lean concepts and projects on an ongoing basis, including leading Kaizen and RPIW events.
* Develop the annual kaizen plan (i.e., including current and future state Value Stream maps, kaizen plan with target sheets to be achieved for that calendar year, etc.)
* Advocate for new ways of doing things, challenge conventional wisdom by introducing and demonstrating proven strategies.
* Continuously coach others on the value of using the tools, the impact of having optimal systems, the vision of how to get there, and most importantly, how it results in better patient care and higher satisfaction for employees and patients.
Required qualifications for this position include:
* Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineer, Health Care or related field
Experience:
* 3 years leading and managing lean projects and training lean concepts
*
3 years healthcare experience managingambulatory healthcare operations
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
* Master’s degree
* Previous experience successfully working in a highly matrixed work environment
