Title: System Access Specialist II
Location: Washington-Renton
Providence is calling a System Access Specialist II in Renton Wa.
We are seeking a System Access Specialist II that serves as a resource and primary point of contact for customer’s issues and requests for information technology services and support. The position reports to the Account Management Supervisor and must establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff.

In this position you will:
* Process requests to create basic accounts/access to applications and systems using pre-defined procedures/processes based on SLA turnaround time
* Build MS Exchange accounts and email boxes for clients.
* Create client access accounts within service level agreements while following pre-defined HIPAA guidelines and PHS policies.
* Updates work request system with complete, timely and accurate documentation describing access provided.
* Maintains complete and accurate updates to the user access database for all access provided/removed for user.
* Provide 7x24 support to all end users for incidents regarding system or application access.
* Create and/ or modify access for multi-system requests.
* Maintains technical documentation for building access/accounts, and acts as a resource with troubleshooting customer issues.
* Provides a consistent focus on continuous process improvement in working with all aspects of Customer Service.
* Provide the highest degree of data security and integrity through diligent and daily monitoring.
* Process transfers/terminations and audits and create/maintain documentation for creating access.
Required qualifications for this position include:
* Associate’s degree in IT plus 2 years experience in IT related industry, OR 2 years of IT related experience.
* 2 current certifications in technology related fields with focus on security. Ex: A , CCNA, MCSE, RHCE, MCSA, CSA, ACE, CCIE, MCDBA, SCSA, CISSP, or MCP.
* Minimum 3 years of access control/security related experience in a position that had the same or similar primary duties if no degree.
