We are seeking a Clinical Supervisor Registered Nurse that is responsible for planning, directing, coordinating and providing high quality of care in the Ambulatory Surgical Services and GI Laboratory.

In this position you will:
* Oversee the daily workflow, staffing, orientation, training and developing of employees in collaboration with the Department Director/Manager.
* Promote and support a collaborative team approach in providing care.
* Act as liaison for the unit(s) and provides physicians, families, college affiliates and ancillary departments with direction and/or assistance as needed.
* Support and interpret policies, procedures, philosophy and objectives of the hospital.
* Respond to patients and families with knowledge of age-specific needs based on Scope of Service of unit/department where assigned.

Required qualifications for this position include:
* Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of California.
* 1 to 3 years experience in a hospital based ambulatory care setting
* 1 to 2 years supervisory or management experience in an acute care hospital setting
* Current BLS certification for Healthcare Providers from the American Heart Association
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN)
* Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN)
* GI Lab experience
* Ambulatory Surgical Services experience
