We are seeking a House Supervisor - Registered Nurse who will be responsible for continually monitoring staffing and patient care activities to ensure the delivery of safe, quality care.

In this position you will:

* Assist in coordination of daily staffing and utilization of resources according to established standards of care, competencies of personnel, contractual agreements and patient classification system.
* Determine priorities of hospital activities for shift based on available resources, management principles, proven/commonly accepted practices. With rounding, verifies sufficient staffing levels for patient needs, safe work environment and acceptable noise levels for patient comfort.
* Collaborates with multidisciplinary team members to meet patient needs for the processes of admission, discharge planning, test scheduling, and any additional identified needs.

Required qualifications for this position include:
* Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of California.
* 1 to 3 years experience in a acute care setting
* 1 to 2 years supervisory or management experience in an acute care hospital setting
* Current BLS certification for Healthcare Providers from the American Heart Association
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN)
* Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN)
