Title: Clinical Staff Supervisor
Location: Oregon-Seaside
Providence is calling a full-time Clinical Staff Nursing Supervisor for a day shift position at Providence Seaside Hospital in Seaside, OR.

In this position, you will:

* Coordinate and manage the clinical operations and activities of the clinic.
* Oversee quality nursing care based on established standards of practice.
* Lead clinical staff to ensure that patient care services are provided in a timely manner which is sensitive to the patient’s physical, psychological and spiritual needs.
* Ensure compliance with established clinic policies and procedures.

Required qualifications for this position include:
* Current Oregon RN licensure.
* CPR certification.
* Knowledge of Oregon State Nurse Practice Act and Code of Ethics for Nurses.
* 3-5 years direct patient care, preferably in an ambulatory setting.
* 1-3 years in a supervisory position, preferably in an ambulatory setting.

Preferred qualifications for this position include:
* BSN/MSN Degree.
