Title: Occupational Therapist
Location: Oregon-Seaside
Providence is calling a part-time Occupational Therapist for a day position at Providence Home Health North Coast in Seaside , OR.

In this position, you will:
* Manage and provide skilled occupational therapy to patients and clients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities in a home setting in accordance with a physician's plan of treatment, taking into account individual patients' special or age related needs.
* Perform all duties in a manner that promotes team concept and reflects the Sisters of Providence mission and philosophy.

Qualifications for this position include:
* A minimum of a Bachelors degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
* Occupational Therapy licensure through the State of Oregon.
* Valid driver's license, automobile liability insurance and reliable transportation.
* Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification.
* Criminal background check for this position, based on assigned duties, in compliance with the Providence Health & Services-OR Human Resources policy #302 Background Checks”
