Title: Licensed Practical Nurse – Long Term Care
Location: Washington-Seattle
Providence is calling a Float Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to Providence Mount St. Vincent in Seattle, WA.
We are seeking a compassionate and caring nurse to provide safe and reliable nursing care to the residents who live in our skilled nursing facility.

In this position you will:
* Act as an advocate for patients in maintaining choice, independence, privacy, dignity and security
* Assist in providing care and implementing delegated activities of the nursing plan or as directed by the nurse leader on duty
* Have responsibility for providing support and assistance to subacute patients and long term care residents, which may include those with Alzheimer’s and Dementia
Required qualifications for this position include:
* Graduate of an approved Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) program
* Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure in Washington State
* Current CPR Certification
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
* At least one year of nursing experience
* Prior patient care experience in subacute, long term care and/or with Alzheimer’s or Dementia patients
