* Minimum of 8 years work experience in health care, in an integrated health system, innovative health plans, large group practice or a comparable background with significant project leadership experience in the creating and/or managing population based health models
* The ability to establish and maintain relationships with a variety of business and healthcare executives
* Proven leadership, implementation, critical thinking, planning and development, and business and clinical analysis skills
* A thorough knowledge and capability of clinical and business informatics

Preferred qualifications for this position include:
* Medical Doctorate

The PACE (Program for All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) keeps older adults as healthy as possible in the community by providing comprehensive health care and social services including: primary and specialty medical care, a day health program, social work services, rehabilitation, housing (if necessary) and much more. The Providence ElderPlace team of health care and social service professionals and our affiliates provide comprehensive integrated care to our participants.
