Chewelah, Washington Providence Health & Services has an immediate opportunity for a primary care nurse practitioner to join our Family Medicine clinic in Chewelah. Competitive compensation package. Providence operates Providence St. Josephs Hospital in this scenic smaller city.
Providence St. Josephs Hospital is located in rural Stevens County about 50 miles north of Spokane. Our 65-bed community hospital is a pillar of the community. St. Josephs is part of Providence Health & Services, and we partner with Providences other facilities and teams in eastern Washington to offer our small community excellent, comprehensive medical care that would not be possible as an independent hospital.
Chewelah is a growing tourist destination located about 50 miles north of Spokane on the states east side. The area has some of the cleanest air and water in the country, not to mention some of the prettiest scenery anywhere. Chewelahs 2,300 residents are known for being friendly and welcoming.
