Title: Physical Therapist
Location: Washington-Spokane
Providence is calling a Home Health Physical Therapist to Providence VNA Home Health in Spokane, WA.
We are seeking an experienced and independent PT to join our team of caregivers who provide in home treatment programs to assist patients in restoring function, relieving pain, and preventing disability.

In this position you will:
* Allow patients and their families to maintain dignity and independence while receiving safe, effective rehabilitation in the security of their home.
* Consult with the physician and an interdisciplinary team in the development of a plan of treatment.
* Drive to your patients’ homes throughout your assigned region on a daily basis
* Use critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and your ability to make independent decisions.
* Utilize software programs for the maintenance of patient records and communication with team members.

Required qualifications for this position include:
* Minimum Bachelor’s Degree and a Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy
* Current Physical Therapy (PT) licensure in Washington State
* Valid driver license and insured, reliable vehicle
* Current CPR certification
* One year experience in a therapist capacity in a hospital, skilled nursing facility or other related medical field.

Providence VNA Home Health is a not-for-profit, home health ministry serving patients in their places of residence in the greater Spokane community of Washington state. We provide health care for patients of all ages who have a temporary condition such as post-surgical care, or are recovering from or living with a chronic condition. Our skilled and compassionate team includes nurses, medical social workers, home health aides, registered dietitians, occupational/physical/speech therapists, and pharmacists.
