Title: Physical Therapist Per Visit Home Care
Location: California-Torrance

Providence is calling a Physical Therapist to Providence Little Company of Mary Home Care in Torrance, CA.
We are seeking Home Care Per Visit Physical Therapist

In this position you will:

Provide home health physical therapy within the Physical Therapy Professional Scope of Practice, to restore function and prevent disability following disease or injury; assist the patient in reaching maximum ability within the limits of his/her capabilities and the disease process.

Rates = $87/admit, $68/visit, $42/hr education.

* Required qualifications for this position include:
*
2 years experience in acute care, rehabilitation, or home care.
*
Current California Physical Therapy license.
*
Current CPR from the American Heart Association for Healthcare Provider.
*
Requires a valid driver’s license with no excessive violations or accidents.
Requires maintaining the minimum state requirements for auto insurance.
*
Degree in Physical Therapy from an approved program according to Medicare guidelines.
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
*
Previous home care experience.
